This is a huge pharmacy. The biggest I have seen in my travels. It is like a small supermarket. The dispensary is right down the far end. This caters for large numbers of people not very quickly and not very easily. The service was not good at the pharmacy because they made assumptions on what i needed going against what was prescribed by my doctor. Located where you can always get a car park

Customer service seems fine. The pharmacists that served me are polite and efficient. They're upfront about the wait time and I have no issue with that. The sales ladies at the front are pleasant. I like this store as it has a variety of cosmetics, medicines and is handy for buying little gifts. I suppose the only downside is that the pharmacy can be pretty busy at times due to the fact this store doesn't charge for prescriptions, making it very popular.

Northwood bargain pharmacy never answers the phone calls. Date 2aug 2020 Time 2:30pm 2:32pm and 2:34pm. Now answered my phone. 4:00pm. Thanks

Came in for some pharmacist advice , but was told I need to wait for 3 hours?! Shop staff not helpful in answering pharmacy questions which I can understand, but all I need is a simple answer from the pharmacist whether my medications interact with the supplement, but pharmacist says she is busy with prescriptions... guess not that great after all, recommend to use belfast pharmacy at least you get served a lot quicker .

My disappointment is with the product flash that was on special so i purchased two and have since found them both to appear empty and nothing like the flash i have used sucessfully in the past..I feel this must have been old or faulty stock .

First time visit this pharmacy I have been told 1 hour wait time Any other pharmacy take less then 10 minutes I would never come back
