Had an induction today for a job conducted by a woman called Danny She walked us through everything from all the paperwork rules and regulations followed by a tour of all the areas that are specific to our placements. She was a pretty cool chick who explained everything well. No need for additional questions. All good

In my opinion what I’ve seen here, The manager misunderstood how to treat her workers and what is her job. Actually I don’t really know about the deep operating and the process behind or head people job. But at least I could see that she did and showing to us. She always blame her workers and never trust them and too much complains without respect. I think there is an obstinacy. If you want to work for process worker, yes you can stand it and make money. But if you want to be a operator or supervisor or driver.. i don’t really recommend here.

It is the best company to work for if you need to save money. I speak of the vegetable factory, which has excellent shifts. The problem is the attitude and lousy handling of the packhouse manager who, instead of correcting and helping to improve, sometimes just shouts, scolds and humiliates supervisors and workers.
