JAG did a fantastic job with our kitchen install. Clear communication at each step and a collaborative, guided, process throughout. Meant that we received a terrific kitchen, which we love, that went in flawlessly and fitted 'like a glove'. Recently we had cause to contact JAG, as one of the sealing joints on our engineered bench-top was failing. Malcolms response was swift & had the bench-top installer around in no time to solve this minor fault. Will (& have) recommend to all.

Had a great experience with Jag. Were surprised how good the price was for a custom fit kitchen. Our designer was *amazing* and came up with a great cantilevered bench solution for our low window. Kitchen has lasted 12 years so far - a testament to their quality product and installation.

The whole JAG experience from start to finish was fantastic. Plans finished in perfect time and to be honest it was the BEST part of our renovation! It was installed on the days specified by professionals and WOW did it look fabulous! Excellent service and happy with the end result when the kitchen was installed. Unfortunately the kitchen was not sealed correctly and we now have boards which have swelled and Jag will not take responsibility. Kitchen is only 2 years old and supposed to have a 10 year warranty and Jag want us to pay for the repairs! Not a good look.
