Awful management, disorganized. We brought our children here for the advertised Easter egg hunt. There was no signs as what was going to happen, no announcement, no coordination. There were nowhere near enough eggs, and most of the children missed out. We got there in time, we told the employee we were there specifically for the egg hunt. He charged our card and let us through,no instructions given. About 10 minutes later, the hunt was over and our kids missed out entirely. The employee we talked to was aggressive, insisting we were at fault for not knowing how it worked, and that we were out of luck for having our kids coming up empty handed. I would not leave a negative review if we were truly at fault, but the problem here was poor job performance, nonexistent management and coordination, and very poor customer interaction skills. Management was nowhere to be found,only rude employees. We will not be back. There are better places elsewhere in Auckland to spend 18 per kid.

Place not big but lots of inflatables. Lots of fun and the prices are fair. Will be back again.
Lovely staff. Awesome place to take kids. Many different styles of bouncing things.
I want to begin by saying that the staff at Bounce and Beyond were fantastic. So very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I however have given only 3 stars as the room booked for my daughter's birthday was not even close to what I had imagined given the photos made available on your website. There is an option to choose a color theme for the booked room, and on the day we came to find that it was only the napkins, paper plates, and paper cups, that were in theme...and there were no other decorations. There were areas of food stained walls, the bins utilized for rubbish disposal were falling apart, and the additional table for food or treats was bare as it was without a table cover. The bouncy castles were amazing and kept the children entertained for hours, and the staff were absolutely amazing, however the room we booked was uninviting and certainly had seen better days. Thank you though bounce and beyond for helping us celebrate my daughter's birthday, but am hoping that this feedback will lead to the booked rooms receiving some much needed TLC and possibly the website could have some updated photos of what families can expect so that they can bring in their own decorations accordingly. Hoping that all is well. Have a blessed one.
My experience with my 15 month old was really good. Pretty big place, has lot of different slides and bounce for kids to play on. Has games for adult too as this place allow anyone upto 99 year old to come and play. They do have place for kids under 3 years old. Has small cafeteria and seating area for parents. Plenty of Parking outside. Best and cheapest place for birthday celebration. Does gets booked quickly so book well in advance..
Been there last December for my son’s friends birthday party. There are 3 party rooms upstairs with air conditioning and the large one enough to accommodate around 30 people. The coffee area is great to gather parents waiting for their kids. Heaps of inflatable toys spread in a huge area. There is a baby area just next to the cafe seating. Plenty of parking space on the premises. Enjoyed our 3 hours there.
My so went for birthday party he enjoyed , and we booked for our son birthday party next month.
Edit to add: after I post this review. The owner agreed to giving me the credit back. What a place. I would never recommend my friends to hold a party here. We held a party and to book a deposit was required. At the time they said if the the money used is less than the deposit, they will refund the amount. So we paid the deposit didn’t think it would be an issue. After the party we had a balance over 90 they won’t pay back. They said they will pay cash back only when the credit is under 50. (And this is all in email writing). We went back a few times and now finally the credit balance is at 30. Today the manager Vardia said that they don’t paid credit cash back anymore. I showed her the email about credit refund and she said they don’t do that anymore and that they changed the policy. The issue is that they didn’t notify me before the policy was changed and therefore I didn’t know. Otherwise I would’ve used up the amount before they changed the policy. Their management is really shady. Nothing (T&c) is in listed in the website. You either talk to them or email them to ask. They change what they say all the time and as it’s not on the website, the lady at the door can just say whatever they like when you arrive. The other issue is, when she was going through the credits folder. I saw a document that had a big highlighted word across that says: credit received. So she did give credit to other people before. I’m looking forward never having to go back to this place again.
