Staffs are a little bit stiff but actually they are very friendly. We ordered flat white but they gave us mocha. Staff wants to change it for us. We don’t mind because we love mocha as well. Cakes and ice cream are tasty. There are plenty of clean and tidy seats outside to enjoy peaceful afternoon in Britomart. Definitely will come again.

Nice service and I feel like I'm really resting here. It was a good experience because of the unique way of eating. It was really sweet and it tasted like cacao

A bit expensive, parking can be a real pain and when you want to eat there they have very limited spaces, do love watching them make the desert infront of you. Very good desert. Good treat
