I called Crosbies security for advice regarding my neighbours security system and our rights regarding privacy in our home. They were super helpful, friendly and gave me useful advice prior to approaching my neighbour. They went the extra mile for me sending me links and further advice that may help me. This is an edited review a year after dealing with them. At first I was really happy overall, but they became impossible to reach when i needed a warranty replacement on a product. They never responded to emails over a period of 2-3 months. They seem to have 2 0800 numbers listed in different places which is strange, and one only connects to a voice recording. I was able to get my warranty replacement by reaching out to the manufacturer who put me in touch with the distributor, who then contacted Crosbies on my behalf. In the end the distributor sent me a replacement directly.
We opted with Crosbies Security to install our home alarm system, extremely happy we did! Knowledgeable team with prompt, friendly service - could not recommend enough! Thanks again guys! :)

We got in contact with Crosbies to replace our stolen remote alarm. Not knowing that our alarm system was old and the company had closed down. Crosbies is helped us all the way from the start by recommending what needed to be replaced to even helping us explain it to our insurance company. Crosbies will definitely be our top recommended company for all our security needs.
