Gavin has got to be the nicest chap we've met in ages. What he doesn't know about caravans is not worth knowing. His staff are like him as Well. Jason is a really nice chap and very helpful. We are thrilled with our caravan and feel confident now with the knowledge they have given us. Thanks guys.

Had a new tow ball fitted by owner got to Newplymouth and nearly lost caravan Tow ball nearly off wasn’t tightened properly Rang Gavin Connelly owner didn’t offer any apologies Called in on our return spoke wife had attitude and initially after being pressed for answers wasn’t forthcoming with an apology Give this crowd a miss if you value what your towing.
