Would just like to thank Fred, I ordered some firewood for my mother and as they are busy they could not deliver until next week. Fred then offered to deliver 2 large bags of firewood free of charge so she wouldn’t go cold. I Must say I was sceptical about the bags being delivered because who does anything for free these days ? Well Fred does less than 2 hours later my mum called me to say a big European car had just dropped off 2 big bags of firewood and he even told her that they were from me. Can’t thank you enough you are a true gentleman.

First off the service is appalling. I don't actually complain very often but when a business owner calls you a spoilt brat because you ring up to ask when your wood is going to actually be delivered and a phone call gets hung up on mid sentence, I really feel that future customers deserve to know. Especially as I only phoned as we were told we would have our wood the previous day and I have an email from the boss advising us of this. After my phone call was hung up on and I still had no answers my mum offered to phone them for me as I was a little upset (I mean come on we have paid you 340 at that stage we just want our product) but she got no further on. I started to worry if I was actually going to get my wood, so I opened a dispute through paypal just hoping that maybe we would get our wood or some resolution and all I got was a message telling me I am a dishonest spoilt brat - oh but thanks for my refund I will go and spend it with someone that actually appreciates me as a customer and who lives up to their word as a business owner. I would NEVER recommend dealing with this business
I have paided 480.00 dollars worth of wood 2 weeks ago an still haven't received my wood he keeps making up reason why he hasn't delivered. I have rung and texted multiple times an have been promised delivery 3 times at this time on this day and he never showed up. I was promised delivery this morning at 10 am and he has not turned up and is avoiding all calls. All I want is my wood mate I paid you where's my wood so yes my review is on fred firewood is a big disappointment an I am now wanting my money back please !!!
