It’s the second time I have placed an online order in the past few months only to hear nothing for 10 days. When I do eventually get a response to an enquiry about if it has shipped I get told it is out of stock. Once, I could understand but twice - I don’t think so. Misleading people as to what is available from the website. If it is out of stock - put OUT OF STOCK. Poor response to emails and the website ‘chat’ is a complete waste of time! As of writing there has still been no response to my request for a refund for the goods they have not delivered. Goodbye BottomaQ
Web site keeps crashing and coming up with an error. Worrying that it did it again when I had put my contact and card details in. Nit impressed
Astonishing that a business in these current economic conditions can let a customer with money in his pocket walk in, and out again without even greeting or offering assistance. They won't see me again.
We thought the place was closed. Customer service said they probably should take the signs out and no customer toilets. Overall, lovely customer service.
This is possibly the WORST business in New Zealand. The manager openly said he doesn't care about his customers. They don't stand by their word. They couldn't care less.
Went looking for a lawnmower and asked the assistant for some information about the mower we were interested in but his knowledge in the product was nil and did not offer any help whatever
