I recently had my Cobra repaired I found the service there five star they keep me informed all the way through great team I had a rough idea in my mind what I thought it would cost and it came in under that. Happy days.

I took my van in for an extensive service, coolant, brake fluid, diff oil, air filter and spark plugs. Dwayne and his team turned me around in less than 4h and did a very professional job at a reasonable price. The invoice was well laid out showing the individual costs and overall time. Dwayne even went so far as to explain when asked the degree of work required for each item.
Have used many times over the last 9 years until recently when we received a letter from NZTA advising they had concerns over the latest WOF issued for my car as they had recently suspended this businesses licence to issue WOFs. They suggested I ask Superior to pay for another WOF check elsewhere but they refused saying their licence was suspended over a couple of 'little things'. Meanwhile their website says they've handed over the WOF checks to VTNZ. Nothing about getting suspended. Because they refused to pay for another WOF check which I told Emily the receptionist that morally and ethically, they should, I told her we will never use them ever again. Lost my custom and that of all of my family.
New customer, took 2 Vehicles for WOF here, first time was great, older gentleman fitted a bulb to the plate and was great to deal with a bit of humour, then came to pay at reception, could do with more enthusiasm from both male and female. Second vehicle taken for WOF was efficient but had to take it back for retest, when I did felt awkward when a female WOF checker told reception she was a half hour behind and argued the car she was checking should have been a half hour early and she was BEHIND, felt as though I should have left and brought mine back, but checked and passed, still no enthusiasm the second time from reception. Called them to see if they could check a fault advised they opened at 8am, returned my vehicle with the fault, to be told they couldn't find a fault but it is still there. 200 later, they found two bolts broken, advised to get my eng mount fixed before anything else, in a not so polite manner, needing an injection of friendliness there. But hey can always try other garages, first time here. Give them a Plus as the communication was good. Wont be rushing back though.

Attention, rip-off!!! I wanted to get the oil changed on my van and coolant refill. The lady at the front desk said they call that a service. I didn't want that, and I said only the oil change will be fine. When I came to the appointment two days later she wanted to sell me another service for 250. When I refused again, a mechanic came along. He said if I don't want to do it, it's not a problem, we just do the oil change, it costs 220 and that would be by far the cheapest price for an oil change in the whole region HAHAHA. So I left. Watch out! Hands off!!! If it is interesting, I went directly to Oil Changers Tauranga and got everything for 85. Very fast and friendly service!
