I was considering changing my GP because of a bad experience. However, today my opinion was completely reversed by Adele. What a wonderful asset to the clinic Adele is. Adele really went out of her way to help me out. I could have had the worst day today, but because of Adele, it was a lot easier. She is so genuinely kind! Thank you so much Adele, you have no idea how grateful I am!

They should open on saturdays for few hours like every other medical center do. After me giving them 1 star earlier the good thing is i have received a call the first thing on monday morning and was given an appointment for later that day. That shows they care about the reputation.
