Went to hire a bike. There is a 50 bond FYI. Didn't get to use the bike due to traffic because it was good friday. Walked in and they clearly had been doubting that we will take the time limit seriously. They then tried to say we scratched the bike. The bike was not used and my bike rack is a professional rubber bike rack. Please take pictures before you hire any bike.

Very helpful and accommodating, but the trip wasn't quite suitable for my mum. The Waitomo caves were a bit too much and she had to wait a couple of hours for dad to visit. Not good for dementia sufferers, but the tour staff were very helpful and kind to offer to watch her so he could get to see the caves. So 100% service to the ladys doing the tour. It would have been a hard task keeping my mum happy whilst dad was gone.

Very friendly staff and helpful pointers to top things to see an visit while in Cambridge, also pointed out that if we put our emails in book we were given free coffees/ capachino at one of the top coffee shops that also gave free WiFi good on you Cambridge we enjoyed our time there...
