Little to no wait. Friendly staff. No troubles at all with blood works which was fantastic

I have been here 3 times now to get blood work taken and urine. It’s easy to get to, there’s usually some parking though it can get busy in the middle of the day. It’s open at 8am so u can go on the way to work, you don’t have to even dress up! Gumboots are fine. They’re very professional, quick and courteous. The rooms are small but clean. You don’t have to wait long at all. And there is the Drs and pharmacy right next door in the same building. They do lots of pregnancy blood and urine work. And last two times have been to take blood from a 2 and 3 week old baby, which they handled with great patience and v professionally and gently. We go here regularly. My dad (72) does as well for his blood work. There are usually just the two phlebotomists working, so the front desk is unmanned much of the time, which is why ringing probably goes unanswered. But you need no appointment, walk-in is fine. You would wait at most 15 mins. My experience and my dads has been in and out very quickly. Blood etc is taken through to Hamilton for the tests at 11am and 2pm.
Great service.
They never answer the phone! Can be difficult.
