This company is quick to do business, I would advice on getting written quotes from Pratt’s. As they are sly at getting in first before you have a chance to shop around. They do not stick to verbal quotes and have hidden costs that are unfair. This was for maintenance on my fireplace which I was only ordering parts for. They where to look at my chimney to give a quote but saw I’d put the hat upside down and charged me an hour in labour.
