It took 6 weeks for the blinds to arrive. There was no communication about why. I downsized one of the blinds to a smaller, cheaper one but never recieved a refund of the difference in cost, despite asking three times. The blinds when they eventually arrived were excellent.

Ordered a blind on the 10th of May & paid. I have sent several emails enquiring about when it would be processed, I have had no replies. I have left two voice messages with no response. I tired to call again this morning and the voice mailbox is full. I am really disappointed with the lack of communication. I only want to know when my order will be processed.
