Their facility is great. Fantastic machines and gym area. Very clean and hygienic environment. Had a bit of a hickup with the company that oversees the debit orders for the gym, but had a great response from a very friendly and helpful staff member, Kara, that more than met my expectation. Wow! Great work. I'm very impressed.
This place is Amazing. Has super friendly staff and PTs. Just an all-around good feel. Hubby and I very happy here.
I highly recommend this gym. First of all being able to go whenever I feel like 24/7. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and always ensuring that everyone feels welcome. Snap Cambridge is equipped with state of the art equipment and is always maintained to a high standard. This gym is probably the cleanest I have ever been to which is a massive bonus. I love being a member here, as I’m sure every other member feels the same.
Great machines, loads of flexibility for training, but the best thing is the staff - always a welcome when you go in, always smiling, always cheerful and they make it a fun place to be.
This is an amazing facility, of the snap fitness's i have been to i have not seen the same extensive range of equipment and options, super impressive :-)
I cant recommend Snap Fitness enough. Visiting Cambridge for 4 weeks from Ireland, I looked at the reviews of local gyms and chose Snap Fitness due to the reviews they have recieved. I really was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was met and welcomed by Karlene and though the gym had been busy Karlene still took time to show me around and explain how the gym works after hours as it is a 24/7 gym, went through multiple class options with me and all the different machines they had to offer. The gym itself, it is a state of the art gym with heaps of room. The athmosphere in the gym is great, machines modern, clean and tidy but most importantly the customer service was spectacular. I look forward to coming back at some stage
