Teresa had me at "WHY" ! Why is this happening to you?? Why is this effecting that??? Have been asking the medical professionals for a long time "WHY" and getting no answers. Since going to Teresa questions are finally getting answered and worked out. Not only more movement and less pain, but whole body health in general. The aromatherapy is a beautiful bonus. Feel and smell fantastic. Thanks for all you have done for me and my family.

I would highly recommend Teresa. I am a cleaner/gardener. When my body is telling me NO cleaning/gardening today...she knows exactly what to do to get it to say YES to cleaning/gardening every day! Teresa's knowledge of essential oils is amazing and her hands are very healing. She is caring but if you need to be told the truth she is blunt with caring.

I didn't realize how badly my mobility was compromised until I started seeing Teresa and was able to do simple things again without pain. Things like turning over in my sleep without waking up and having to plan any movement so as not to hurt. With Teresa's help I am seeing massive improvements in my mobility, pain has reduced dramatically and I am regaining my strength and fitness. Teresa's knowledge of essential oils is also impressive and I often have very interesting conversations with her about oils and their uses and benefits.

Teresa has such a soft gentle nature that combined with her knowledge of everything body wise means correction as apposed to bandaid fix. By healing the body and repairing to it's mean to be state, whether it be muscles, ligaments, old hurts or new, she knows how to locate the absolute source of sore and enable alignment which in turn heals the sore part! Time spent with Teresa is always informative and relaxing with the use of oils makes it feel like a treatment - it is never a chore to rebook! Thankyou Teresa for healing my terrible wonky post baby hips, a not straight neck from c section delivery and later on I arrived back with torn ankle ligaments, not one was struggle to be rebalanced and on the mend for exercise again. She is the go to woman for healing
