The girls at vivo Chartwell were amazing. Managed to get a last minute booking the day before my wedding. They did an amazing job on my hair with a stunning red highlighted balayge. Also got me to come back the next morning to make sure my hair was on point for the wedding. Thanks so much for making my big day extra special. Totally recommend.

Had a keratin treatment done using the voucher from grabone, which was 134 dollar's just because my hair was passed shoulder length the stylist did mention it would cost a bit more so had to pay 224 extra for trim and more product's...I thought to myself that the voucher was bit pointless but did not mind cause have done this treatment many times and loved it..however this certainly was not the case this time, my hair looks dry feels rough and literally cant tell the difference!! During the haircut I asked the stylist to thin my hair and she stated that it would interfere with the keratin, fair enough dont know why she decided to cut my hair after the treatment..I have done this treatment many times with vivo , my hair is generally wavy straight , however it now looks rough and does not have a keratin feel. Seriously wasted my time and money. I've been going to vivo for years , a shame won't visit vivo chartwell. The stylist at first also stated that I would need to buy the shampoo and conditioner too if I want to get the treatment done, which is not part of the terms and conditions. Disappointed really.

Love the Team at Vivo Chartwell! Amazing talent, knowledge and experience. After losing almost half my hair, I consulted with a couple of the girls and they recommended some incredible products. Nearly a year later and my hair has grown back and is healthier than ever. Highly recommend their expertise no matter what your concerns are! Been visiting the team for years for my cuts and colours. They’re amazing every time.

Hi got a full head of foils. Underneath is perfect but the top is so patchy and inconsistent it looks like I did it myself. Hate my hair now, soo disappointed waste my 170. I could have done a better job at home. She didn't even get the roots in the front but she did the side ones, so it looks super awkward
