Good morning I spent 5 hours there on Easter Friday . From the minute I walked in the door every one was fantastic . Very promt & they gave me the best care. They wouldn't let me go until my blood results come back . I had an x-ray within 10 minutes. Keep up the the team work guys well done Glenn Browne

On behalf of my husband John; I went in under acute demand and found the service by the nurses to be exceptional - friendly and competent. Waiting times were not an issue due to making appointments. I went 7 days consecutively, once or twice a day.

Lovely, attentive, kind and caring. Sadly I was transferred to A&E where service was significantly less helpful. The comparison made me realise how great the service really was. Thank you for making me feel more comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.

Fantastic triage nurse and the young doctor Katey that I saw was a lovely person. Very prompt service but I guess it usually would be when one goes in at 4am in the morning on a weekday. A very clean place. Free wifi was good.

Only 1 doctor and over 30 patients waiting. I came here thought it will be quicker than hospital but no waiting here from 3 hours. No one care here. Plz don’t come here

Concern about privacy at triage. Can hear nurses questions and repeating confidential medical info back to patient. Needs a more private environment as does not meet privacy requirements .

Wait, wait and wait is all what you get here. Cdhb should look into putting some staff here, it's awfully crowded. For all the taxes we pay, this is what we get. 4 hrs of wait time before your child or yourself will actually be checked by a doctor. Meanwhile, they keep asking you if you are feeling better, go home and can always come back. Sure, this is all we have got to do in life. Staff were good and cooperative though.

My daughter has fever 39.7c. we found out our medicine expired. And no pharmacy open at midnight. We went to 24hr, explained the situation. The nurse gave me 4 pills for the night and no charge. This helps a lot that night. Thank you very much.
