I would not recommend a grade automotive. I took my car in months ago and it's been broken ever since. Took it back in twice to try to fix it and they just charge me with no resolutions. Had me waiting for hours without even looking at my car and even "forgot" to call me back after I called to explain the situation. Find a honest mechanic people.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... They are NOT even worth a 1 star. I had a WOF with A Grade Automotive last week, they failed my car and recommend 1400 worth of work was required. This did not sit right with me, so I went and got a second opinion. This second opinion PASSED my WOF, and they said this was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. I will be making a complaint to NZTA !!! I will not be returning to "A Grade' Automotive.

This place found an issue with my car that 3 other mechanics couldn’t! They’re real, legit and willing to help! The receptionist is lovely and kind, the mechanics explain problems easily and they contacted me every step of the way! Yeah it was a little bit pricey but considering the work they done, and the fact they actually fixed the problem unlike other rip-off mechanics and uneducated people, I’d pay it all again! I only wish I came here from the start. Thanks A Grade Team!
