Went in for a wof check. The receptionist was fantastic - coming to meet me in my car and making sure I was in the right line etc. She was friendly, positive and super helpful. The whole thing took about an hour - enough time to wander for a coffee, catch up on emails and wander back. Best wof testing station experience I’ve ever had. Will return there again easily.

Was going to VINZ for a WOF but their queue was a mile long. Drive past AA and saw they also did WOFs. There seemed to be a queue but the lady said there were only 2 drive ins ahead of me but each check took about 30 minutes. Time flew by, I'm sure it was much faster than advised. Don't be put off by the queue, not all are going through. With my AA membership discount it cost me less than VTNZ. There was no hassle, the wait was minimal, the office was warm, the seating was comfortable and they provide tea and coffee and magazines.

recently got a pre purchase check done. they said it would take at least two hours and they will text, never received a text so after 4 hours i went and the car was ready. at my last check somewhere else they went through everything briefly together but this time they said its too late I shouldve come earlier?! And please please teach that lady at the desk some customer service manners, I rarely felt so uncomfortable speaking to a person at a front desk.
