I have used Adgraphix for a flag for outside our business. Jo was informative about the colours that fade the most and the colours that catch the attention of passers by. She was knowledgeable about the different sizes and styles available. The time from the initial discussion to receiving the product was really prompt. We recently completed a time sensitive project with Michelle and the team at Adgraphix for a shared client. Adgraphix delivered a beautiful artwork application and bought a huge amount of expertise and customer knowledge to the process, making the final result super successful. Loved working with them and would 10/10 recommend.
I got Adgraphix to make a demonstration table for my business and the whole experience has been very disappointing. The colour I signed off in the design is not the colour the finished good is due to the laminate and I was disappointed this risk was not pointed out during the design phase. Customer service was extremely slow through the whole process and particularly when we raised a quality issue. I had to chase them 3 times for a response. Not happy :(
A great team from design to installation - the team at Adgraphix did a fabulous job on the signage for our furniture trailers and work utes. These trailers and ute really stand out when they are out and about doing a great job advertising our business. We found the team at Adgraphix to be friendly, efficient and very professional.
