Brought my rabbit in last night with gut stasis. The staff were amazing and my vet (catherine I think) took all the necessary steps to get him better again, also provided me extra medication for the morning. My rabbit was back to his usual self 2 hours later, thank you guys!

Thank you to the kind people who cared for and did their very best to save my best friend Lucy. Lucy died from eating rat poison something we do not keep on our property. It was a cruel and horrible death that no creature deserves. I implore anyone who uses it to think twice.

My husband and I took our beautiful 17 year old cat to this after hours vet tonight, 20th March 2021 to be checked by a vet. The Male vet on duty who's name I have forgotten was nothing but compassionate, caring and professional, he told us our options and left us to decide . Unfortunately the only choice we really had was to euthanize Annabelle. I just want to say thankyou for treating not only us, but also Annabelle with nothing but the utmost respect. You are a very special human being

Not at all impressed with their Prices!!! Don't take your pet here...if you can't afford through the nose prices! My cat needed to be put to sleep, as he was dying! I wasn't able to pay 380. So I had to pay 50 for the Nurse Fee....all she did was write some details down! I then had to put my cat back in his cage & return home with him! Nurse advised me to go to another Vet the next day. I did that & they were fantastic & it cost me 80 for sedation & euthanasia. So if all animals can please get sick within usual Vet hours...we would all be better off!!! After Hours your prices are way too expensive & you need to seriously re-think them... especially for Euthanasia

It's actually so sad that people that care for their animals are left with no choice but to bring them here in times of desperation and need. Such a depresssing run down building, but that could be looked passed if Sonya didn't work there. I feel like she only gets the job because she has no soul and couldn't care less about what the person/family is going through. I care for my animals very much and would have hoped that anyone in this field of work would understand that. Then again, it's like she's just there to take payments. I just thank god she hasn't got the qualifications to perform procedures on the animals.

I want to start this review by saying that I can imagine this is a hard and very stressful place to work, I can excuse a lack of empathy due to needing to work as fast as possible when it's busy... however, as a rat owner, I find the lack of knowledge and needed supplies for small animals absolutely shocking. I came in with a sickly and older pet rat understanding that getting her put to sleep was going to be the likely outcome. However they didn't have any of the needed equipment to euthanize her humanly, and once her heart stopped the vet handled her like a bit of trash instead of like a beloved pet. It was heartbreaking to watch and I'm beyond disappointed that my ratties last moments were full of that much prolonged stress due to the vet.

It’s a scam, never take your rabbit here when your pet is sick they will give your pet a “vaccine” and a few days later your pet will get sick again. My rabbit died here because they really don’t care about your pet. DONT EVER COME HERE PLEASE
