Well, where do I start. After arriving at the farm "thinking it was closed" Wendy and I were welcomed with some true kiwi hospitality. Not only were the owners amazing, for which we are so thankful to have meet these 2 lovely people. We were then treated by the most amazing sight of an Alpaca giving birth to her baby..."wooow" we were truly taken aback by this whole experience and highly recommend everyone to take a trip to Awatere Alpaca Farm. Memories were created today that will last a lifetime.

Owners of the farm are very lovely, accommodating and kind. We really experienced the cuddling of those soft hairs of alpacas and while having the farm tour the owner is very informative of all the things about alpacas. Its really worth the tour and would highly recommend this farm. P.S. you can take lots and lots of pictures with the alpacas while having the tour.
