Great service, my son has used these storage facilities for over 3 years while in China. I had the chore of uplifting his belongings to a container recently, the help from Richard Nicky and Julia was amazing, providing ramps and a trailer which made the loading so much easier. Great communication with facilitating the drop off and picking up of container. I highly recommend Alternative storage and best wishes for the future.

The best storage facility I've used. Nicky, Richard and Clarence are all very friendly and helpful. The swipe key made it so easy to get in and out of my units, and reasonable rates, I'd be silly to store my things anywhere else.
Great site that's clean, well-organised, well set out with everything you could wish for. Toilet available. Spotless storage blocks. And a really amazing friendly kind efficient family. Can't recommend the place enough. And they were super patient with my slightly disorganised moments at beginning. Place is friendly, safe, there's good surveillance, good lock-up /check in gates. Great service right from the start, very helpful and easy to communicate with. The unit itself was easily the best value for money around and the yard was very well maintained. I felt very safe leaving my belongings there. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to store there goods.
We stored our belongings there for nearly 18 months. The unit was clean, tidy and we never had any issues - place is very secure and other storers we passed by were always keen for a chat! This is a family owned business with very friendly people! Really prompt replies. Would definitely be back if we need to store things again
This is a great storage facility at a very fair price. The unit was spotless and weatherproof, there are trolleys and staff available to help with a lift if you need one, and access is easy. Helpful, friendly owners cap it off.
