What a great company, I had a 12-14 year old ranch slider made by them that had a problem with the rollers, I took the bottom of sliding door into them to see if they could fix them. They did not hesitate and not only did they have the parts they put them in for me at no cost. They were friendly and and really nice to deal with. I would highly recommend Altherm Aluminium as they still have that good old kiwi kindness and professionalism
