Staff are very friendly and helpful however when I came into the store today for something there was an overwhelming smell of perfume around the store it was far too strong and set off some severe asthma for me and forced me to leave the store without what I went there for. I hope that you can rectify this as soon as possible for other asthmatics and the fur babies with a far superior sense of smell than us humans.

Immediately felt unwelcomed in this store, Took our dog in and the female staff member as we entered rudely said "how old is your puppy is she fully vaccinated?" She is, but there was no hello nothing just a rude greeting, Offered no help in store and staff weren't really interested. Would not recommend this place at all...My dog is more polite than there staff! If I could give it no stars I would.

Best service ever - we loved shopping here for our pups starting necessities. The assistance was absolutely so much appreciated as we did not really know where to start, but are so comfortable now and can't wait for our puppy!!!!
