Couldn't wish for better service than we get from Tanya in Waimate. She is super efficient friendly and understanding in the most professional way. Nothing is a bother, always a smile and friendly banter. Our puppy loves her too! Highly recommended!

Today I was expecting a parcel to be delivered to me,tracking showed my parcel had been delivered but was nowhere in sight so I rang the company and they told me it had been put in the letterbox...you guessed right,no parcel in there!..early this evening I found the parcel in my garden...funny looking letterbox Aramex! Very unprofessional and very irresponsible,do not reccommend!

I lodged a complaint in regard to a damaged item and had the item collected for inspection on the 1st of March 2021. My issue lies largely with the service I received from the 'Claims Team', after one month of going back and forth with the customer representative [whom were prompt in answering my questions and trying to produce an outcome for me] attempting to find out where my item was and the result of said inspection. I finally receive an email on the 30/03/2021 stating the item was 'insufficiently packaged'. If the packaging did not meet the regulations for claims then that is fine, but as the receiver of the item it is not appropriate to go back to the sender after an entire month and demand a refund for a privately sold item. The conclusion the claims team came to should not have taken this long and in my opinion it is extremely unprofessional that it did so. This has unfortunately cost me time, money and stress - I will not be using this courier company again in the future.

At first when I've received an info that my package will deliver through Aramex, I thought that it will be disaster, but apparently, it was really fast, in a good condition, and they handle it really good, I hope they keep doing this forever, become much better and reliable company. So they will walk away from bad reputation. Good job team

If possible I wanna gove you 0 star! Very bad service! You delivered to the wrong address, let stranger sign my parcel, let me wait for 2weeks for checking with driver and now the arrogant Lauren lady saying you didn't deliver wrong and can't do anything about it now???

Items are received faster if sent by standard post. We used them for our business years ago and 50% of the time items were either days late or damaged. This morning I have been trying to get through to the Christchurch branch as we had a parcel due to arrive with us yesterday, and no one has taken off the auto message so can't get through. Unsure how they are still operating with such consistent poor service. We now will just refuse to purchase items from any businesses who use them - it's not worth the added stress when we need items to arrive in a reasonable time frame.

I now know why they changed their name from fastway to amamex. They are never fast. Still waiting for a parcel to be delivered that was shipped from Auckland on 9th April 2021.
