Terrible service,all of You guys should check the vehicle carefully before you make final decisions ,because once you bought the car they won’t help you for any problems even the manger have nothing to do just play around ,I have never and ever see a dealer is that such irresponsible and shameless. My E-class got a very annoying noise when close and open doors, they could just give it to me when the service done like nothing happened.I was shocked because all the doors are perfectly running before, but a “regular service “could ruined everything, for example a normal and smooth driving experience. Above that make me realize and believe I will never trust these irresponsible fraud.

Felt very welcomed from the offset. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. We felt valued even though we weren't looking at the most expensive car on the lot. Not judgemental as some other pretentious dealers. Would highly recommend checking them out

got my dodge challenger 2016 scat pack serviced here , first time was good , cost around 600 second time and last time it cost 920 , got loan car when i when to take loan car its fuel was on empty came back in got given keys to second car that was only 1/4 full didn't have time to piss round so i took it , you have to book the loan cars and then they do this , when i came back and picked up my 920 serviced challenger i noticed they didn't even check Tyre presser when i went back in and complained guy at desk said that was not good and would let service manager know never heard a thing back. but thats not all , got my got my 2017 dodge ram 2017 serviced their and again booked in loan car as you have to book in advance, arrived and no loan car sorted keeping in mind you pay for these loan cars , so they get one of the lot 20 minute has gone by while they trying sort this out , so away i go to work , about 1and half hours later i get a call saying they need loan car back as they had sold it, lucky for them i was working just down the road , i told them they would have to come pick it up and they did, BUT wait thats not all again my dodge ram is due for service i have rung them twice once on friday and Monday get put to answer machine told to leave name reg and they will get back to me never did , so about to go drive in and sort it very poor call back, UPDATE after this review got a call from Jeremy from the service department , and he sorted out my issues and fixed things up on my ram that needed doing very pleased thanks Jeremy for your help look forward to sorting out service for my dodge challenger cheers kerry saggers

Very very bad experience. Firstly, told me can book a Mercedes-Benz WOF as the same price as Subaru which is 45. But when I make the booking I was told it will be 50. I think 5 is not a big problem so made the booking. But after Wof When I gonna to pay the bill I was told 50 is not including GST. The Gst is another 7.5. And I was told that the girl who made the booking for me is a trainee and she made a mistake about the price!!! Second, I failed the WOF because they said there's a small cut in my seatbelt. They will charge 750 to repair it or 1080.60 to change it. It's not even a tiny cut! I passed Wof with that all the years before. Now they failed my car and for me the result is I have to pay hundreds of dollers to fix or replace it. The only thing I can guess is such a big company is so eager to make money from customers!!! Shame on these kind of guies and will never come back for any trading!!!
