Went in to the shop on Saturday to buy two jackets one for me one for the wife we couldn't find them on the shelf so we are up to the counted to asked for help with unfriendly greeting from service on that day to be greeted by a man I don't care not my problem not even willing to give 5 minutes of his time unprofessional. Fully aggressive negative attitude disrespectful absolutely disgraceful to be treated like that. So end up leaving the shop. My wife review the shop on Google. Came back on Monday to buy the two jackets awesome lady was working with great customer service skills very professional amazing at her job really helping me and my wife we brought the two jackets is very happy with them. Went back on Thursday to buy myself some shirts I grab the shirt that I wanted to buy and took it up to the counted then the guy from Saturday came up from behind me and said you back in my shop after you give me a review you can get out of my shop I said to him that my wife did the review. What is a fact. He stated I don't care become aggressive get the f out of my shop there was I lady with her children at the shop he was acting aggressively swearing and abusing in in front of a kid these actions of this man are absolutely appalling disgraceful unprofessional

Came in with friend who told me about this awesome shop were he been getting his gears . My friend bring me in to buy some gears With him. on that day That big man who was working had no interest in helping with our queries to buy. not pleasant with a aggressive attitude no regards for such thing as customer service absolutely appalling character from this salesman

Treasure trove for anyone looking for military memorabilia or clothing. Could have spent hours and lots of money there but managed to resist the temptation. Enjoy!

Hey, stop deleting my review or maybe reporting to get rid of it. I have a right to share my bad experience from this shop. My husband was kicked out of the shop from that staff and he tried attacking my husband because of my “BAD REVIEW" which he said aggressively. I'm not making fake stories at all, and there’s no reason to waste my time on this. That’s ashamed the lazy staff or owner is so unprofessional to do his job. Very very poor customer service.

Good range of military style gear from folding shovels to sleeping bags. Ex military cold weather hats, balaclavas etc. Well worth a visit.

We wanted to get brand new german jacket so asked staff to check at the back, a few minutes later he came back with some second hand. When we asked him to find again for brand new which they clearly have he denied and asked us come back 2days later. There were 3 staff at the front and could be more at the back or not. They said they dont want to waste time to find it. This is not proper things to say to customers

Bought a pair of boots (cheaper than the big brand stores too), nice chill atmosphere , awesome good prices.. oh a watch out for the hand sanitizer think I wore some..lol
