Bates designed and manufactured 2 sets of French doors they had to return twice, once to reattach 4 / 6 of the wooden cross beams and to level the top of the doors, instead of using a planer they used a sander hence they are still not satisfactory though better than first install. Would not recommend or use again.

I had a great experience with these guys at Bates! I was rejected by many other companies for taking on a small job due to the busy season. However, these guys at Bates joinery were awesome helping me out in the time frame I desired! I needed a replacement kitchen shelf for a dish drawer asap. Bates Joinery manufactured a replacement shelf within 2 hrs and I was able to complete the job in the same day. Excellent service!
