Had a phone call with the team around some advice for my caravan. They didn't just give me the quote, they explained and discussed with me about how it could be fixed and understood where I was coming from. Thanks team!
We had a lovely afternoon chatting to Danny about all things camping and caravans. We were quite taken with one caravan in particular. Naturally, as buyers in the market about to shell out approximately 42k, we had others to look at and wanted to get the best deal for our investment. When we asked if there was any flexibility on the price for the caravan we were keen on, Danny became quite snarky and suggested we "go and buy his brother's caravan", (which was also for sale, and one we had looked at). To be so rude to a potential customer was very unprofessional and poor form for a business. This was hugely disappointing as we always thought highly of Best Caravans, but how we are just pleased to have not spent our money there.
Very helpful and informative. Great range of caravans on order that you were able to see and put deposit on. Only the English caravans. For the price of a campervan you could get a lovely caravan plus car and have money left over.
