Worst service I've ever received from Super Liquor store, went there in January with a 50 voucher, they cashed it and told me it wasn't valid, had to drive to where the voucher was purchased only to be advised funds were taken from it at the Hillmorton branch, called the manager who said he'd look into it and phone me back, received a call from him the next day saying he had staffing issues and would phone me tomorrow, which he never did, I've left several messages instore for him to contact me, and 1 month later still not contact....

It was a disgusting experience. Their stuffs are apparently not honest. I brought some 1L bottles from them for taking draft beers, and some beers in the bottles. However, when I went there second time for purchasing draft beers, their stuff insisted that the bottle has 1.25L volume, so he charged me 2.5L for 2 bottles. They don’t have same bottles selling at that time, I can’t convince the stuff with evidence. After returning home, I found the receipt for last time, it was saying that the bottles are for 1L. Any suggestions for complaints?
