Tried to return part as not required due to mechanic's error. Called to discuss and was advised I could return to get fully refunded. On arrival, I was advised that they would not give full refund, would only give a store credit or purchase price of 30%. Very disappointing as this was discussed over the phone with lance.

I went there last year and wanted to buy two small pieces of plastic. The price they offered was even more expensive than buying a new one. Then I solved the problem with four small screws.
Just enquired for a 2nd hand part and was quoted 50 more than what they are brand new!! Make sure you do your research before you get ripped off by these guys.
Totally impressed as we ordered wrong part based on advice from garage. When I explained what happened they sent me the right one no charge for part or freight.

When you pay 50 plus gst for postage you expect your item to arrive when they say the person I dealer with sounded like he didn't care only about money.
