Great service today, went in as our navigation wasn't working and they fixed it and gave us a courtesy car. Wonderful to have it done, especially when we did not book it in. Thank you Blackwells.

Visited in the afternoon with a friend to see the Chevy Silverado. We arrived about 2:30pm, spent 20 mins looking around in the showroom checking out the truck and a zl1 Camaro ourselves. For the entire 20 mins, no one seemed to be interested to talk to us at all- one was busy in the office and a lady walked past us twice but too shine to say hi (you would think you get the random - are you right there sir?) I have dealt with many dealerships in chch, sometimes you need to wait but never been totally ignored. Particularly under alert level 2, are you taking safety measures seriously by having no one on the floor with customers? Maybe you have staff on leave, maybe someone is on late lunch or maybe we need to dress up next time - just being a little more attractive so your staff would show a little willingness to welcome or farewell. One star to the nice Chevy and a good looking building.
