Double happy with Scott.. Excellent and the way he handled things with me was super efficient, He knows what I needed. Gave me lot of test drives and patience enough to listen to me. The whole process of buying MAZDA was simply superb! Fabulous. It's been 4 days already driven 600km and happy with the AWD Limited CX5 - Need to explore NZ and it's beautiful landscape. Not just the Mazda buying experience, he helped me with the full setup for insurance and DASH cam settings. Overall we can just follow his inputs and he is worthy knowledgeable ..End to End support from Mr.Scott. Thanks Sam also for his initial kick off. Need to thank Chloe for signing the sale contract. Blackwells City Mazda is amazing! Special thanks to Tim ten Hove who helped me for the purchase that I didn't even need to go to CHCH and they offer free delivery. My car was missing a cup holder while arrive but they action very quickly that they ordered it from Japan and delivery to my home. To those out of Christchurch, like myself, please do not let that deter you from buying from Blackwells Mazda. The Lads that looked after me were Aaron and Sam. Top blokes but more importantly offered GREAT SERVICE. Very prompt and knowledgeable. They ensured i got the car safe and sound and updated me every step of the way for a Blacked out CX9. They have set a very high standard in what a real car dealership should thrive for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Good job guys!
