Total disaster the entire BNZ customer service. I emailed for a human to call me days ago and still no avai. So i go to the branch with 2 staff members and a que, waiting 30min with no help i gave up. You try to call BNZ and get put on hold for for over 1.5 hrs TWICE, before i also gave up. Third time after 50 min the call centre answers and tells me there is a further 3HR wait till anyone banking adviser will even take the call!! Im trying to purchase a house on a deadline sale and my bank is next to useless. You may as well be trying to get service from a government dept, and now they are stopping you doing any business. Their time is important YOURS is NOT. BNZ aTotally dysfunctional business !!

Really great service at this branch recently by a lending consultant.
Very dissapointed. I went in to transfer some money into a westpac a/c to pay for a purchase. Was told they were no longer helping with this service and I had to draw the money out and go to westpac and deposit it myself. Tidy up your act BNZ and help the elderley.
Only one friendly person one lady was having a meeting in the kids corner all the meeting rooms were free my daughter was playing she told her to go away she wasn’t welcome her customer proceeded to yell in my daughters face and pull her firmly away. Not okay and actually a form of assault the police have been notified
People waiting for teller ( only one open)... 5 other team members standing around talking to each other.
