We waited 30 minutes for service and asked 3 times for help. We were about to walk out when someone finally came to say sorry I was at lunch. Is there only 1 person per department. I found the salesman rude and not overly knowledgeable. He has said he will ring me today to say if he has product available. I will be pleasantly surprised if I actually get a call

when scanning in (was too high) had a staff member stand behind me and made me feel uncomfortable. after getting what I needed there was only 1 checkout open and the line was not moving. bad experience!!! if that was my first time would never go back

This store seems short on something quite often Last time it was timber screws this time it was a detail sander. However it is close to where I live. I don’t buy plants here very often as they often looking dehydrated and a little uncared for. The staff are generally helpful.
