Awful. Ordered an engine head from them but came with no cam caps. The caps and the head are made together from the factory and shouldn't be separated. I emailed them about this, they threw out or lost the original cam caps, sent me up some other ones at my expense, to find they were not properly packaged and as a result were damaged during transit. Also have tried to email them about 2-3 times and haven't received a response since mid February. Its now 3 weeks later. Will never use them again.

i had ordered some door seals from car parts Canterbury for my bmw were said to be in good condition and were not they offered to take them back have sent them back and have still got afterpay reminders they are quick to sell but not quick to sort the credit / charges to stop very displeased this has happened otherwise they were quick and fast when asking about the product i would still recommend them to people but make sure you get pictures of your parts first

My car was broken into last night. I was sourcing for a replacement window glass so I contacted Car Parts Canterbury. They didn't have one in stock so they sourced the glass for me. Not only that they event went as far as to fit it while I left my car with them. This was all done within less than 24 hours the car was broken into! Can't praise their work enough.
These guys provide excellent customer service, paired with a broad knowledge base. I know I can trust them to provide good advice and well priced parts. These guys are my go to when I need parts and the advice they give is just an added bonus. Highly recommended
