Trying to find a phone number to ring. Every number I tried (from policies and website) is either disconnected or ringing to a fax dial tone. And yes - they are vultures who are discretionally increasing premiums and hoping that you will either give in and forfeit the hundreds of thousands already paid or that you will continue to pay and swallow all increases.
