I had a faulty product that they would not replace because I didn't have my receipt!! Who keeps their receipt for a bottle of perfume. The 'manager" was so narrow minded, unbelievable. I walked out and will never go back. No wonder their prices are cheap, they are faulty..

Regular customer and shop here quite a bit. Bit disappointed in the phone service from the pharmacy tonight. A young lad on the other end, having no idea what I was referring to when I asked the pricing on zoladex 3.6mg injection. He was struggling to find out and I let him know I was happy to wait for him to find out the costing from someone as he had no idea, but wasn't expecting it to take him 10 minutes to find out. I then ended the call as I was left on hold and tried to ring again but no answer. This is really disappointing when I'm a regular and enjoy shopping here.

Terrible customer service. Went for a refund and got glared at by other staffs in the shop. There was no scene making or anything at all and i was fully calm when asking for a refund so it was not like something huge. The asian staff who refunded me was nice but other girls really glared at me. I planned to buy something there after but all the glare made me so comfortable that i would rather left.

Been in a few times. Each visit is about the same. They have okay stock but when I get up to the register to checkout it all goes down hill. Every single time. No friendliness from staff, no offer to help, or even a thankyou. One time two of the girl staff were clearly staring me down and when I turned around and walked out they collapsed in fits of laughter. There is always staff sitting on the ground in here and the security guards are always on their phones not even watching what's going on. What even is this place. Seriously. A little customer service makes all the difference when you have other places to shop. No wonder it's always easy to find a carpark at Chemist Warehouse South City. Your staff are incredibly nasty and intimidating and the customer service is trash.

Rude, nasty young girls working on the counter. They sure love to gossip about other customers who are in there for medical related reasons in the first place? As for myself, I went to pay and was told "five dollars" by the girl on the register and that was it. No hello. No how are you. No thankyou, or good bye. You young lot working here a self entitled and rather immature bunch and this happens everytime I come here. As this is a chemist, people need to feel comfortable expressing their concerns to the staff members without knowing that they are going to go and gossip about them with other staff 5 minutes later. This is appalling to see. The older staff are usually helpful however. Please sort your staff out.

What exactly happened to customer service and knowledge of products in nz. EVERYWHERE I GO its a ruling of "i don't know" "huh" "can you show me on your phone"? At a chemist event worse as its peoples health your messing with??? Wow. None of my reviews are going to be nice because its the truth. It needs to change. Fast.

Good prices but if you ordering online be prepared to wait 2 weeks for delivery. Not rural and waiting..
