It is getting bigger. They recently expanded and have a bigger toys area. Shame the pets area is so tiny. Anyway, not much else to go for at the South City Mall since there is no longer New World. You can get some good deals here. Recommend

I highly recommend the service and kindness of the workers at the South City Warehouse. I recently went to a costume party on one of those party buses. For this event I had to attend as something beginning with the letter 'n'. On the way to the first pub my costume (which was one of those cheap ready made ones from somewhere else) split down the front. I was just lucky that I had a large jumper to cover up my ripped outfit with. I quickly ubered to the warehouse where all the staff helped me to find a new costume. Someone found a skirt, others found accessories and another found me a top. The lovely security staff also helped to sort out my accessories. Withing half an hour I was dressed and ready to go. These lovely people helped me with everything from popping out the glass on reading glasses, to throwing away my old costume. I can't thank them enough! When I arrived I was feeling really upset because of my costume failure but these people made my night with their kindness. Plus everyone at the party loved the new nerd costume! It was wonderful to have people who just wanted to help from the kindness in their hearts. It was one of those moments you never forget as it restores your faith in humanity. Thank to all those who helped me.

This is located in the South City Shopping Centre. This is a department store where you get everything from home decor to kitchen appliances to clothing to craft items to toys. You could basically finish all your shopping here. The Warehouse offered more variety in chocolates and toiletries than other supermarkets in the city. The week's bargains are displayed near the entrance. It is a good idea to take your own bags for the purchased items as they charge for plastic bags.

honestly speaking, I have never seen such rude staff in any of the other warehouse. first of all the shelvs are empty for most of the time. I went to buy some deodrent and there were only 4 bottles on the self and that too were open. so I could not buy that without trying, a staff member came up and started arguing about not testing. I understand that once the bottle is open it is considered used but if there are 4 bottles on the whole shelf and all are open how would i know if it is empty or not? i would rather go to some store next time than comming to this. there are heaps of stores that provides really good customer service. that's the only thing I have never seen in this store.
