Very difficult to review the customer service as there was none. No greeting even tho we were the only customers in the shop, no offer of help, no bag offered to put the 5 purchases into and no ‘thank you’ as I paid over my 130.00!! Over all a very poor customer service experience. After being a mystery shopper for 6 years I feel the basics in retail customer service need to be addressed and fast!

Arrived not long before closing to get something specific. They have a good range of board games for kids and adults. Friendly service except she forgot to ask for my loyalty card... (I heard the customer after me of similar age to her being asked) Oh well. Overall it's a good shop.

Really helpful staff, went to a lot of trouble looking something up for me and then finding it as well as other stores that sold it closer to where I was staying. Very helpful at sorting me out with a discount card ready to be used straight away.
