Superb customer service. Two very gracious ladies very patient yesterday when both my eftpos and credit card wouldn't work (I've usually been on other side of counter when this happens )...(not my fault or theirs)...held stock until today when I could come and try again. Highly recommend. Hard to find that good Customer Service these days at some Pharmacies..others need to up their game.

Very helpful pharmacist, asked a lot of questions to direct me to what I needed to help. Had a few different options all ranging in price but basically did the same job. No pressure to get the most expensive one. Honest about them all doing to same thing just differ in price

Places like these are putting small family run pharmacies out of business. Large chains like these do not care about their customers and want you out of the door as quickly as possible, with as much of your money as possible. My Local small family run pharmacy actually phoned me up to check i was ok after not coming in for my medications for several days. If you want diversification in consumer choice for pharmacies continue to support your small local pharmacies.

Staff are on their phones during their shifts. They are also rude and gossip about the customers when they are browsing the store, whispering away but a bit too loudly as it turns out. The girls working on the evening around 8PM Friday 5th Feb were especially unpleasant to deal with. They do not greet you and seem disinterested in their job and more interested in gossiping. Not returning.

I had bad experience with their customer service. The lady was so rude and even not having sense to talk with customers. Not a good place to visit the store with kids the lady was talking so rough. Not recommending anyone that wants to bring their kids for shopping there
