Playground is definitely a 5/5 and the service is pretty good depending who's on. The cafe and food is a big let down.... 1/5. Sure, reply to chipmunks- Previously the last time I visited during the Christmas holidays, I ordered the B.L.T and it was delicious so today I was looking forward to it as my last experience was good. I understand that food sometimes is a hit and miss but the today the bread wasn't just overcooked it was stale.... also the quality of the bacon was low compared to previously. The chips today did not taste fresh either as to why I rate the food so low.

Fun place for kids to play and nice for parents to have a catch up over great coffee. A brilliant place for parties!

Great place. First time been there as I go to the cranford one. I like the small space and how everything is close to each other. Means I can be able to see my kid without having to move from one table to another. Toilet is clean too.

The small kid area is quite small and crowded with all the rides in it and a huge water bed. While the big kid area is decent size must gives big kid priorities, very strict rules in a number of areas. May be a good place for older kids but we find it quite limited for the younger children. Car park signage is not very clear, would be helpful to put a sign up to indicate where is the car park for chipmunks. Generally clean and tidy. But we saw some parents walking in small kids area with their shoes on.

We had our Sons Birthday Party and We Hired the entire Venue for it, we really had an overwhelming experience at Chipmunks Wigram as the Staff was very friendly and Helpful, Specially Owners stayed right through and helped us in every way they can to make our Party Memorable, Set Up was perfect and food was awesome, all our guests were happy with the Service. We would highly recommend Chipmunks Wigram. Thank a lot Chipmunks Team

A great place to come on a rainy morning. I really appreciate that the staff were so kind and friendly. The play area was great and suited to older children. My two year old had a great time but would enjoy it more in a year or so I think. The slides were amazing and I only wish adults could up on more! I've taken away one star because parts of the playground could do with some maintence. Split padding or cable ties with sharp edges meant you always needed to be aware.

I was very disappointed with our first time experience. I paid over 300 for our birthday bash which was supposed to include unlimited playtime for the kids day. Due to lockdown alert level 2 we were told we are only allowed in the venue for 2hours. Than given an extra 30mins max. I was told we were lucky to have that. We got asked to pack up & leave so the general public could enter. Staff were really nice but overwhelmed & needed more support. I'm not happy with the free slushies as compensation. Owners need to take more accountability for the changes. We won't be returning. My Reply: I understand the circumstances under level 2 however It is not cool to charge your packages with inclusion of "unlimited play time on the day" & then escort people out to allow the public into the facility. As currently I just checked your website and you still have this advertised! I have an idea for you change your website because your charging people for a service that you are not providing! Another note, it would be a better look for your business if you had just provided a prompt solution to your customers who are affected, such as a refund amount or next entry free to compensate on the play time we lost. Moving forward you should allow bookings for ALL customers to abide by the alert level restrictions rather than allow walk in entries. It's not fair on people who have spent good honest hard working money on bookings just to be kicked out.
