Went to buy a car yesterday. First - I give 3 stars for sales team, promises made and not delivered after I got it! After they got money customer mean nothing, totally different experience after pickup car from first visiting and meeting sales person (Selena) try to sell me a car. (well, forget about buy second car and referring friends and community). Second - I have a chat with the person who sold the car for me, mentioned to them about the document error, not very impressed with the response I got from the sales person "it's not my job to do document and we all human, mistake can happen." I got it ! This car is worth 6x,xxx. (It's not 5). Expecting to see more professional response not an irritated reply. Hope the owner takes my complaint into consideration and improve their service. Overall the service is average expecting more from a luxury car showroom. The car itself exceeds my expectation. I love my car.

After I accidentally hit my wing mirror, I took it into Chch BMW (on two separate occasions - once for an entire day) where I was quoted approx 1290 for the part alone, let alone the labour to fix it. I found out after taking my car to Raxworthy (upon my insurance company's request), that there was nothing wrong with my wing mirror and it simply needed to be put back into place. I wrote to BMW about how disappointed I was to hear this and that I had lost trust with their company. While I said I didn't expect anything in return, I did think there might be an apology or at least a response. This is my first experience of BMW and will probably be my last.

Took my car for a recall change of the fuel deposit. After I took the car home, it started to display an error message. Phoned them and was told to bring the car in for assessment and stablish a relationship with the job done. Diagnostics done and was invoiced for it when I was not previously informed about any possible charge. Negative feedback given and email sent to Operational Manager with unfortunately no response back. Important lack of information and communication.
