I am so impressed by these people's service. I went in with a question about a specialist software that they were not familiar with but they still took the time to hear my questions and see if they could help. Will definitely return with any issues I have outside that software. :)

As an older person (82) I had no idea what was causing the problem with my laptop however the knowledgeable staff talking in language I understood soon identified the problem and fixed it quickly. A bonus was the friendly and helpful receptioinst.

They're helpful and non-tech people friendly. So far the work they do has been great and the cost pretty reasonable. They are busy and without the ability to book a day I can struggle to find the days it may mean to leave my computer with them. They do tend to over promise but in saying that I didn't want to pay the urgent price of 48 per 15 minutes.

Called them for fixing my internet connection. I was charged extra for placing an emergency order on Friday afternoon. The technician was over but couldn't fix the issue and just explained the reason which I already knew and explained to them before placing the order. I was charged 108 bucks without fixing the problem. I don't think they are really expert and reliable.

High quality quick service, every step explained and making sure they have permission before proceeding with repairs or extras, a little bit of trouble with techno speak prompting more questions, responded with simplified explanations in very professional manner, cheerful manner on the front desk... Not cheap or overly expensive, but well worth it.....
