Eazy access, bright clean store. Great selection of products from Own Brand to top line imported brands. Either just a couple of items or a month's shop good layout and display for hassle free shopping

Ok supermarket, which is well presented. Plenty of car parking and centrally located in Rangiora. Countdown has a good variety of products. Reasonably priced with most of products that you will need. Good customer service at the check outs and reasonably easy to find assistance if you need help. This supermarket is an ok place to get what you need. Nothing brilliant stands out about this Countdown apart from it's a quite new building, so it is has a very good layout inside and outside.

Usually good but got shocking service when getting the Rug Doctor, no smiles, no chat, no apology when I had to go back and get upholstery attachment, nothing. Real sour staff and they were management.
