Dear Rolleston Countdown, I usually go here and its fabulous however today at 1:18pm 26/03/2021 I was at the self service area all the counters/tills etc were all filthy none had been wiped down or touched by the looks all morning, there were 2 attendants not even paying attention to the customers I was waiting for quite awhile with my bottle of wine. If this is manager's I think you need to re evaluate their customer.service and health and safety, cause service was not and neither was cleanliness. This will be going into the show your feedback platform also.

Hi Countdown you can do better then that. Sale sticker made up to attract customers. False advertising, customer service personnel not helpful.

Clean, well stocked supermarket. Good range and good prices. As usual, if it's not your normal supermarket it can be a little hard to navigate. Friendly staff and a decent flowing self service.

Great produce, clean environment. What let it down was not one staff member said hello , rarely smiled...to me this speaks volumes that the Rolleston Countdown employees are not happy. You can excuse one or two but the whole collective team. Without your Frontline staff, managers won't have jobs. Look after them , they deserve it.

Large supermarket in Rolleston where you will be able to buy all all of your groceries and all at great prices. There is a big selection of fresh fruit and vegetables along with a great choice of fruit juices. The bread section is quite large and there is a variety to choose from. If you are looking for fresh meat then you are in the right place as there is a fantastic selection to choose from. Wines and beers are all sold at very good prices. So an idea place to shop.

Pricing is steep, selection is generally good. Fresh produce quality is good but not great. Good parking. Staff a bit hit and miss.

Really happy with the flowers sent to my daughter. I found a small Christmas gift to attach to the flowers. Gift selection could be extended to more of a range to choose from but still very pleased with the quality of the flowers.
