My parcel got delivered to my house on a Wednesday as I wasn't home a card to call was left.i rung Wednesday afternoon to get my parcel re delivered to a post shop close to my house.next day wasn't delivered to were I asked so rung again they said it was in transit....waited all day Friday still nothing.so rung Saturday they said was back at deot by airport.drove 30 minutes to pick it up.hot there wasn't there they said was still in transit and be re delivered Monday.very incompetent company want recommend this comonay

The counter is closed during Alert 2, don't bother to go pickup your package if the card says so. You need to arrange redelivery. 1 star as a note with false pickup options left, just lost 2hrs of my time. Very dissatisfied

I was really sceptical (of this company) having read the review section of people who have gone through the same scenario as me. I was expecting two parcels for a re-delivery and only one arrived. After talking to a nice receptionist over the phone, gone through the process etc I finally got my second parcel. If it wasn't for the minor hiccup (Directly talking to YOU the company) you would get 5 stars. Well done for following up.

Set in a lovely new complex, this essential facility was both clean, modern, warm coupled with really nice staff, first thing in the morning. Now that's a bonus :)

Never had a problem picking up a parcel from here. Its good knowing they check the address and name on the parcel before giving it to you. Always quick and efficient. Busy on Saturdays with the line out the door to be mindful if you are in a hurry.

Courier post managed to misplace a 500 guitar sent before Christmas 2020 (i.e. 2 months ago from time of writing). I had to refund the receiver out of my own pocket and have yet to receive a dollar in compensation. Follow up has been absolutely terrible. Will never send with again and would not recommend to use as couriers to anybody. Would rate zero stars if it were possible. Absolute joke.

think twice before book online for pick up becuase most of time pick up driver forget to pick up. Booked a courier on 12 pm friday but courier driver forget to pick up and said will pick up first thing on saturday. Guess what the driver forget to pick up again on saturday and give same exucse now will pick up first thing on moday. Also if you want to cancel you will have to wait for a week to get refund. Just think twice to go with courier post for pick up.
